We are looking for a remote Design Team Coordinator to join our team!

INFUSE is a truly global organization, with team members currently located in eight time zones (and quickly expanding).

We are searching for a curious, full of energy, motivated Design Team Coordinator looking to jumpstart his/her career!

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Evenly distributing tasks among designers based on their skills and experience
  • Monitoring deadlines and team productivity
  • Adjusting deadlines in case of overloading or lack of materials for the work
  • Distributing edits requested by clients among available designers
  • Verifying edits to ensure compliance with client requirements
  • Clarifying company or task requirements when information is insufficient to complete the task.

Key Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of English, written and verbal (Upper Intermediate level or higher).
  • Confident PC user with strong Excel skills; experience with Google Drive/Sheets is desirable. Proficient in Adobe and Office software
  • Multitasking and deadline management.
