About the Project

ALLSTARSIT is currently seeking a highly skilled Chief Accountant to join our team. As a Chief Accountant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Required skills:

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Chief Accountant in the IT industry, including experience managing non-resident companies
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English
  • Experience in undergoing audits
  • Proficiency in working with customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), general taxation system, and single tax; as well as in filing tax reports and undergoing tax audits
  • Preparation of employee payroll data
  • Flexibility, attention to detail, responsibility, adaptability, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work from the Kyiv office 5 times per week

Scope of work:

  • Monitor the recording of all business transactions in the financial and managerial accounts
  • Prepare and submit accounting, tax, and statistical reports
  • Oversee all accounting areas, ensuring document availability, and control of bank accounts
  • Collaborate with auditors during annual audits
  • Ensure the availability of primary documents
  • Perform period closing duties
