Engagement Manager

We are seeking an Engagement Manager to join our dynamic team. The Engagement Manager will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Engagement department and its internal processes as well as dealing with external clients. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, meticulous, and result-oriented person who possesses strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the pre-sales process by creating presentations, writing proposals, and preparing other documentation (legal, financial)
Organize and maintain internal document repositories
Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate internal meetings and occasionally assist in meetings with clients
Perform data management and analytics tasks such as deals administration in HubSpot and Power BI dashboard, tracking deals throughout the sales pipeline, etc.
Manage customer data, sales performance data, and analytics; prepare reports for top management
Conduct sales operations and funnel analysis, suggest process optimization ideas, and generate reports
Prepare Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) reports quarterly and active clients reports monthly

Requirements:
Advanced English level with ability to discuss business topics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2+ years of experience in IT companies
Experience in content creation: proposals, service descriptions, presentations
Positive mindset, ability to work in a team, and ability to act with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Be detail-oriented, comfortable with analytical tasks and tools
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
