REQUIREMENTS- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the FMCG sector or a similar role in IT consulting or system integration company
- Solid understanding of SDLC
- Experience in implementing ERP or SAP systems in complex business environments
- Accustomed to producing comprehensive technical documentation
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills
- Stress resilience and capability to perform under pressure
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level to maintain business communication with a client
- Familiarity with Sales Force Automation (SFA), Distribution Management Systems (DMS), and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
- Knowledge of retail distribution structures and marketing operations
- Analyze and document business processes within ongoing projects
- Develop detailed technical documentation and reports to support software development and system enhancements
- Liaise with clients to refine requirements and adapt to specific business needs
- Collaborate closely with software development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of software functionalities to clients
