Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Tallium is growing and developing rapidly, so our Recruiting Team needs extension and strengthening.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance and execute hiring strategies for corporate goals.

What you will do:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages;
• Work with vacancies of various levels, complexity and stacks internally and externally;
• Work on job descriptions, and publications with different sourcing channels and tools;
• Interview candidates to assess their background, qualifications, career and cultural fit;
• Providing feedback to candidates timely;
• Maintaining the internal database of candidates;
• Writing reviews and feedback after the interview;
• Prepare job offers;
• Closely interact with the team, hiring managers and Top management;
• Participate in recruiting and corporate initiatives.

What we expect:

• 5 years of proven experience in a full cycle of recruitment in IT with a focus on technical roles with high-level seniority;
• Experience in international hiring (Ukrainian or foreign candidates worldwide);
• Strong interpersonal skills and confident communication skills for building relationships with candidates, hiring managers and clients;
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, self-manage and work autonomously without losing working efficiency;
• Experience and ability to work with various ATS systems, search channels and tools;
• Confident presentation skills;
• Fluency in written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate is a must);
• People-oriented personality with an understanding of business needs.

It will be a plus:

• Experience in closing technically niche positions;
• Previous work experience in outsourcing companies.

Our process:

1) Practical Test Task - about 60 minutes to complete.
2) Interview with the Recruitment Team Lead - up to 90 minutes.
3) Interview with HR BP - up to 60 minutes.
4) Final interview with CEO - 30-45 minutes.
