Positions Summary:

UNOPS is seeking a motivated Project Assistants and Project Associates to provide administrative support to our Kyiv office. They will ensure the smooth operation of project systems and interfaces, contributing to the successful delivery of projects.

These are a local position, they are therefore open to Nationals of Ukraine and to individuals who have a valid residence/work permit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Management Support: Assist in project activities, provide general administrative support, and ensure compliance with UNOPS policies and regulations.

  • Procurement and Logistics Support: Support procurement processes, monitor delivery schedules, and maintain correspondence with vendors and suppliers.

  • Knowledge Building and Sharing: Participate in training sessions, contribute to knowledge networks, and disseminate best practices in administration, procurement, and logistics support.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary education required. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or related field desirable.
  • Experience: relevant experience in administration, project implementation, or procurement required. Project-based environment experience preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in Ukrainian and English required.
