Project Manager

Home Alliance, a leading provider in home services, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for our Marketing Department. This role is centered around enhancing our digital presence with a strong focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google My Business (GMB) optimization, citation building, backlink strategy, and listings update management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced SEO Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, focusing on on-page and off-page optimization, to improve our search engine rankings and online visibility.
• Google My Business (GMB) Optimization: Manage and optimize our GMB profiles to enhance local search visibility. Ensure accurate and engaging content, respond to reviews, and utilize GMB insights to improve performance.
• Citation Building and Management: Identify and create listings on relevant directories and platforms. Regularly audit and update these citations to ensure accuracy and consistency across the web.
• Backlink Strategy and Implementation: Develop and execute a robust backlink strategy. Identify opportunities for high-quality backlinks, engage in outreach, and monitor backlink profile health.
• Listings Update Management: Oversee the regular updating and management of all online listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information across all platforms.
• Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital marketing activities.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and report on ROI.
• Project Management using Waterfall Methodology: Utilize the Waterfall approach in managing all digital marketing projects, ensuring structured and phased execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and project management.
• Deep understanding of Google My Business, citation building, backlink strategies, and online listings management.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and other project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
