Marketing Presentations Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Presentations Assistant with fresh ideas and a sharp focus on detail to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will craft compelling visual presentations that communicate complex ideas through clear, impactful slides and visual narratives.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (other presentation and design tools are also beneficial) and Microsoft Office
• At least 1 year of work in a similar position
• Great attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines
• Proactive approach to learning
• Sense of style and ability to deliver high-quality visuals
• Ability to remain creative and convincing while meeting deadlines and business requirements
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines as well as in long-term builds
• Excellent communication skills and a «team player» mentality
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

• Experience in creating presentations for IT & Tech companies (SaaS, Product development, App/software development, Web design & development)

• Craft compelling on-brand content for offline marketing materials using PowerPoint, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and visual impact
• Interview technical experts and stakeholders to collect the information and turn it into business-oriented content
• Maintain and apply our brand guidelines across all presentation materials to ensure consistency and professionalism
• Manage multiple presentation projects, meeting deadlines and adapting quickly to changing priorities
• Proofread documents to guarantee accuracy and quality in all presentation materials
