Currently expanding, we are looking for an experienced “Customer Service” person, working part-time, in our office in Kiyv.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Order processing and organization of transports (import- and export processing) for our Ukrainian entity
• Customs clearance procedure, communication with local customs authorities
• Organization and administration of samples for customers
• Regular communication with customers, suppliers and logistic service providers
• Translation of documents required by customers, and papers necessary for customs clearance of raw materials
• Regular communication with local accountancy and legal service provider
• Preparation of calculations and sales offers
• Support of the local Sales Manager
• Request purchase plans from regular customers; schedule orders and stock balance together with the Sales Manager
• Contract Management with customers and suppliers
• Maintain relevant documentation flow with warehouse
• Monitor the timeliness of the payments to suppliers and other counterparties of the company,
• Continuous documentation of all activities in the CRM database (Salesforce)

Competences and Requirements

• Experience in Customer Service and / or Logistics in international companies
• Knowledge of local customs legislation
• Fluent Ukrainian and English language skills
• Experience with ERP systems
• High level of self-management and accountability
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• High customer and service orientation
• Strong communication skills
• Good computer skills
