TechTellent is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team.We are a fast-growing global IT & Tech company based in Cyprus that values its people and provides a positive work environment. Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and verify feature requests from the stakeholders, define required changes.
  • Communicate requirements to the development team on the required level of details.
  • Communicate with other internal teams.
  • Prepare technical backlog with developers, maintain the lifecycle of the issues and drive sprint planning, support functionality till production.
  • Manage requirements related conflicts and issues up to resolution.
  • Care about continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in business analysis.
  • Upper Intermediate verbal and written English.
  • Understanding of web and mobile application development process.
  • Experience of creation and keeping up-to date functional/non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases.
  • Attentiveness to details, strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in come up with solutions for business needs.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in gambling or gaming projects.
  • Experience in working with the development team and customers in a product company.
  • Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Documents administration system: Atlassian Confluence.
  • Issue tracking systems: Atlassian JIRA.
