Baker McKenzie Kyiv is looking for an Intern to join our Banking & Finance Practice team.
The team of the best professionals is ready to share experience and support you in your career growth and personal development. We are inviting active and hardworking law students (starting from the 4th year). You are a perfect candidate if you are interested in Banking & Finance and International Trade & Commerce Law and would like to build your career and develop in an international law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Assistance in projects in the broad areas of Banking & Finance and International Trade & Commerce (local and international projects)
- Monitoring legislation and legal research
- Drafting legal documentation
- Participating in business development activities
Experience & skills required:
- Good to excellent academic performance (confirmed by grades)
- Proficiency in Ukrainian, sufficient professional starter knowledge of English
- Good analytical and research skills
- Proactive approach to work and attention to detail
- Readiness to work in teams
- Open-minded and dynamic
- Some experience in Banking & Finance and International Trade & Commerce is an advantage but not a must
- Experience in Moot Court competitions or other professional activities is a plus
