• Having 4 years of professional web software development experience, preferably in developing highly scalable web applications, mainly backend development
• Experienced with core Python and Java
• Confident in Bash, and PowerShell
• Strong in Virtualization knowledge: VMs, Docker
• Proficient in Networking/security knowledge (SMTP, TLS, OWASP)
• Experienced with OOP, design patterns that avoid redundancy and promote efficiency, legibility, testability, and maintainability of code
• Skilled in async programming patterns and libraries (tornado, asyncio)
• Capable of communicating in English freely in a multicultural environment

• Emphasize software craftsmanship and apply it to our development practices through Testing, Continuous Integration, Build Automation, and Mentorship
