Solution Architect (Python)

EPAM Ukraine is inviting a Python expert to join a growing account and drive challenging projects in a distributed global environment as an Architect. 

Key skills expected: Python core, AWS, architecture, NRFs, engineering best practices, technical leadership

The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Bring leadership focus to project activities
• Speak with the clients in the language of business
• Ensure technical solutions bring value to business
• Сreate architecture design, make technical decisions, reviews and recommendations
• Provide design and technical documentation
• Leverage and recommend best practices that will sustain and allow scalability for the long term
• Provide inputs for planning and schedule management

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant IT experience
• 1-2 years of experience as an Architect
• Strong Python experience
• Understanding of the threading limitations of Python and multi-process architecture
• Ability to provide solutions and act as a primary expert for software architecture, applications, and industry standards
• Skills in guiding internal and external stakeholders on how to solve complex software and application issue
• Proficiency with distributed and high-loaded systems
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• B2+ English level proficiency

• Experience with Data stack and ML knowledge
