Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in IT (as a Certification or QA Engineer/Project Manager/PO);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Upper Intermediate English level or higher;
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficient in PC;
  • Multitasking and ability to prioritise work;
  • Analytic skills;
  • Basic knowledge of the development life cycle and experience in gambling production will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Determination of priorities and deadlines for the Сertification team;
  • Creating and tracking work plans for the team;
  • Developing ways to improve processes in the team, planning, implementing and tracking these improvements;
  • Developing plans for individual professional growth, improving self-organisation and sustainability of the team;
  • Risk management;
  • Cooperation in preparing and conducting audits;
  • Optimising the ways of interacting with other teams;
  • Communicating with business representatives as a main contact point, clarifying and systemising business requests for the team, controlling request implementation, and contacting the requester;
  • Team progress tracking;
  • Coordinate vacations and times off for the team;
  • Creating and managing the teams knowledge base;
  • Facilitating knowledge sharing within the team.
