Purpose of the job:

Our customer is a digital agency that establishes links between the brand and consumers. The agency is more than 400 people strong, manages over $600MM in media spend and deploys campaigns in 70 markets in many cities around the world. Our customer provides services for companies such as Google, Viber, Amazon etc.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop new functionality for software responsible for automation of campaigns creation through APIs on 3rd parties, such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.;
• Hold the Team Leader role, manage 3+ people team;
• Extend and support existing functionality;
• Provide system or technical development expertise to the team;
• Take part in requirements analysis;
• Provide estimates;
• Perform code review of other team members;
• Research and evaluate technical options to implement business requirements;
• Work in a close contact with team members and project stakeholders on customers side;
• Suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

MUST HAVE:

• 3+ years of commercial Python development;
• Experience in leading the team of 3+ engineers;
• Strong OOD skills;
• Experience with building REST APIs;
• Experience with FastAPI or similar;
• Experience with GraphQL;
• Experience with GCP;
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies;
• Upper-intermediate level of English.

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Experience with AdTech domain;
• Experience with caching solutions (both backend and frontend);
• Experience with TDD and BDD (Python Behave or Ruby Cucumber or similar frameworks).
