The team collaborates with various departments and offices globally to ensure our facilities are energy-efficient, our IT solutions are low-carbon, and our products align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

• A holder of a Masters degree or equivalent in Sustainability, Social Sciences, Law, Economics, or Sociology
• Experienced with 3+ years in managing projects, especially in environmental sustainability or corporate sustainability programs
• Skilled in project management and governance, particularly within cross-functional teams
• Experienced in engaging with external stakeholders, including organizations, initiatives, partners, and events, to drive sustainability efforts
• Adept at conducting gap analyses and creating action plans to improve environmental performance
• A strong communicator, able to engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders to build consensus and prioritize actions
• Proficient in writing clearly and effectively, particularly in legal or regulatory contexts
• Strategic, with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous environments
• A cooperative, flexible, and diplomatic team player
• Knowledgeable about reporting and preparing submissions for CDP, CSRD, or similar sustainability frameworks
• Informed about the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and environmental sustainability best practices
• Knowledgeable in environmental sustainability measurement activities, GHG accounting, and sustainability reporting
• Effective in English communication for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (at least Upper-Intermediate English level)
• Experienced managing projects and initiatives (preferred)
• Familiar with conducting gap analyses and action plans (desirable)
• Well-versed in global or multinational corporate experience (as a plus)
• Willingness to travel internationally from time to time (nice to have)
• A holder of certificates or relevant courses in Sustainability (as an advantage)

• Manage projects contributing to the Environmental Sustainability program, ensuring effective governance, reporting, and materiality assessments
• Engage with internal teams and associates on sustainability topics to drive awareness and action
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including partners and sustainability-focused organizations, to foster relationships and drive initiatives
• Ensure the companys sustainability performance is measured, reported, and continuously improved
• Prepare CDP, CSRD, and other sustainability-related reporting submissions, ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Lead periodic materiality assessments and align sustainability efforts with corporate goals
• Navigate the complexities of the environmental sustainability landscape while supporting business goals and societal objectives
• Drive SoftServes Environmental Sustainability program and ensure compliance with sustainability regulations and best practices
• Collaborate across functions to manage governance and reporting processes, ensuring timely submissions of sustainability-related data
• Engage with teams and stakeholders to continuously foster a culture of sustainability and drive improvements in environmental performance

• Contribute to the companys global sustainability goals and make a tangible impact on environmental outcomes
