WHAT YOULL DO

• Strategic management of internal communications: from developing and implementing the communication strategy to its further improvement.
• Management and development of key areas: C-level communications, Employee Recognition, and Employer Branding.
• Working on corporate culture: organization of corporate events, gifts, and entertainment activities for employees.
• Content preparation: announcements, news, corporate newsletters.
• Team management: after the adaptation period, you will have the opportunity to lead the team and implement your own initiatives.

• Experience in corporate communications within IT, digital, or creative companies.
