Make research, fast prototypes and MVPs in areas where the company has no established expertise.

Our development stack: Node, Next, TypeScript, Flutter, Firebase, AWS, MongoDB, Docker.

• Make both product and technical research for new systems, services, or products.

• Work closely with main business stakeholders to clarify the problem and propose a possible solution.

• Create fast prototypes and MVPs in a highly autonomous mode (no ongoing supervising from PM or Marketing Manager).

• Run a test of a created solution, create a test card, analyze results, and present it to main stakeholders.

• Propose some new solutions that would help to increase the efficiency of company infrastructure and/or technical stack;

• Cooperate with “gardening” teams, transfer the knowledge, provide mentoring and consulting on previously made prototypes and MVPs.

• Relationships with technical community, search and networking with engineers from critical suppliers.

• Promotion of a company among Tech community.

• 5+ years in Software development.

• Proven experience with leading product development in uncertain conditions.

• Commercial experience with at least 3 programming languages, including JS/TS.

• Commercial experience with AWS.

• Solid experience with data analysis, monitoring key metrics & launching technical A/B tests to improve business metrics that technical solution solves.

• Proven experience with canary tests and staged rollout.

• Proven experience in working as a solo team without supervision.

• Proven experience in creating a system architecture from scratch.

• Strong Computer Science fundamentals.

• Experience in following SOLID, KISS, Design Patterns and ability to explain why it isnt applicable for prototypes and MVPs.

• Strong proven experience with Relational and NonSQL databases.

• Strong proven experience with RESTful API approach.

• Strong proven experience with CI/CD (GitLab).

• Familiar with Microservices

• Experience with Docker

• Experience with frontend.

• Experience with DevOps tools and practices.

• English B2+.

Previous experience with own product would be a plus.

Stage 1: Interview with HR (1h). Stage 2: Technical assignment. Stage 3: Technical interview (2h). Stage 4: Interview with the Director of Engineering.
