• Write and edit compelling promo-offer copies and emails;
• Prepare layouts for the website and direct customer communication (tournament descriptions, emails, sms, notifications etc.);
• Collaborate with a CRM team to implement all the activities based on product promo plans;
• Write clear task descriptions for a design team;
• Manage website banners and snippets to enhance user engagement.

• iGaming (casino & betting) industry experience;

• Proficiency in English is a requirement;

• Email and other CRM comms writing experience;

• Familiarity with Content Management Systems;

• Basic proficiency in Figma for collaborative design projects;

• Languages: Ukrainian native, English B2.
