We are looking for an experienced ERP & Data Operations Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our ERP system, manage data warehousing, and optimize internal processes through systems integration and automation.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 3+ years of experience with SQL, including writing stored procedures;
• Proficiency in scripting languages for automation of tasks and integration between systems;
• Experience integrating various business tools and platforms via APIs, middleware, or custom solutions;
• Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle complex technical challenges and implement effective solutions;
• Collaboration: Good communication skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Knowledge of ETL processes and data extraction, transformation, and loading tools;
• Knowledge of principles for building and optimizing data storage and analysis systems.
• Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery or similar data warehousing solutions;
• Understanding of data visualization tools for reporting purposes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementation and Improvement of Processes in ERP System: Actively implement and enhance processes in our Zoho ERP system to meet evolving business requirements.
• Development and Management of Data Warehouses: Independently develop new structures and approaches to enhance the companys data storage and analysis system. This includes database management, writing stored procedures, and optimizing queries using SQL and Google BigQuery.
• Systems Integration and Automation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various internal systems and automate workflows using modern tools and technologies.
• Technical Support of Systems: Provide technical support for internal systems, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.
