What you will be doing as Inland Railway Logistic Specialist in Dnipro?

• Managing and oversee the operation of the wagon fleet, including maintenance, repairs.
• Coordinate daily logistics operation with the railway stations and plants.
• Prepare and formalize necessary documents for railway operations, such as railway bills, transportation documents and others, using platforms like E-Portal, Train MAP and Mesplan.
• Collects and update logistics data in the central ERP system.
• Handling contracts with wagon owners, including drafting, reviewing, and managing agreements for rented railcars.
• Verifying all station-related documents, including cost deductions and additional charges for transport services
• Calculate and monitor transportation costs, optimizing expenses for rail logistics operations.

What do we expect from our future Inland Railway Logistic Specialist?

• Minimum 3 years of working experience on similar position,
• Experience with railway logistic,
• Strong analytical skills and high level of attention to details,
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver timely results,
• MS Office, Excel user, TM Map, E-portal, Mesplan.

Nice to have:

• English skills,
• Experience in Agribusiness,
• University degree in Economics /Logistic & transportation, specialization “Organization of transportation and management on railway transport” (“Організація перевезень і управління на залізничному транспорті”).
