As a Senior Account Manager, your main responsibility will be to serve as a business leader for existing accounts, driving client satisfaction, business growth and fostering long-term partnerships. You will actively engage with clients to understand their challenges, identify their pain points, and ask the right questions to uncover underlying needs. Leveraging your expertise, you will provide tailored solutions, conduct timely follow-ups, and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.

In this role, you will also manage the pre-sale process, coordinating the work of the Business Development Team and collaborating closely with the Heads of Departments to ensure accurate and timely project estimations. Your ability to maintain transparency in processes, optimize proposal development, and align client expectations with deliverables will be instrumental in strengthening trust and delivering value.

Additionally, you will ensure a deep understanding of each clients business context, enabling you to anticipate their needs and propose proactive solutions that drive mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

Engagement with Key Existing Accounts

  • Develop a deep understanding of clients business contexts, needs, and expectations to tailor solutions effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
  • Address complex challenges by developing creative and feasible solutions that align with both client expectations and company capabilities.

Pre-Sale Focus

  • Oversee and drive the entire pre-sale lifecycle, from client (or potential client) engagement to proposal delivery.
  • Lead the creation and refinement of project proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
  • Coordinate Heads of Departments to prepare high-quality estimations and solution plans, ensuring adherence to priorities.
  • Maintain a transparent and organized tracking system for pre-sale activities and deliverables.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with internal teams and clients regarding estimation progress and adjustments.
  • Create and update templates and guidelines to align with current tasks and the companys development strategy.
  • Collaborate with the PMO and Marketing Department to form case studies demonstrating successfully completed projects.
Qualifications:

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as an account manager in pre-sale management, estimations, or/and solution design within the game development industry or IT.
  • Education in business administration / management / technical fields.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing pre-sale processes and delivering high-quality proposals that align with client needs and strategic goals.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including upper management and sales team, to achieve seamless collaboration and effective outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of how the proposals are formed and the flow of the project lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, CRMs, and project management software to maintain transparent workflows and documentation.

Managerial and organizational skills:

  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects, teams, and deadlines concurrently.
  • Strong leadership abilities to mentor and guide teams while ensuring accountability and high-quality standards.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining structured processes and documentation, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen to align pre-sale strategies with broader company goals and client satisfaction.
  • A mature, organized, and solution-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvements and business growth.

  • Advanced English (written and spoken) for effective communication with international clients and internal stakeholders.
