• Higher or incomplete higher education (economics, logistics);
• At least 2 years of similar work experience;
• Proficient user of Excel, Power Point, experience with SAP is desirable;

- English - Intermediate level (part of the interview will be conducted in English);

• Attention to detail, analytical skills, organization, responsibility, quick learning ability.

• Organising the supply of goods and equipment across Ukraine (to the PUMA store network and key customers);
• Organising the return of goods to the central warehouse;
• Registration of consignment notes and waybills in the logistics operators system;
• Monitoring the quality of service of Ukrainian logistics operators (KPI);
• Resolving operational issues that arise during deliveries;
• Maintaining a register of shipments;
• Providing monthly reports to the accounting department;
• Registration of claims, accounting for shortages/surpluses;
• Maintaining a register of waybills;
• Communication with store managers, carriers.
