Currently, we are seeking a Business Analyst (MM). Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in technical or economic disciplines.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in SAP/automation implementation projects.
• Experience in developing business requirements for process automation is an advantage.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (spoken and written).

• Experience with BPMN 2.0 for process modeling.
• Data visualization and analysis skills.
• Ability to propose hypotheses and draw conclusions.
• Knowledge of primary data processing methods.
• Task formulation and decomposition for IT teams.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the SAP MM module.
• Conduct surveys, identify, and analyze SAP requirements.
• Create templates for directories, migrate and maintain data in SAP.
• Analyze and document business processes for SAP implementation.
• Develop technical specifications, decompose functional requirements into User Stories.
• Propose and formalize business process improvements.
• Design organizational and functional SAP models.
• Participate in SAP module implementation, including task formation and scope design.
• Prepare test cases and test configurations/developments.
• Test the Minimum Viable Product in SAPs test environment.
• Plan and organize SAP go-live activities.
• Support and develop the SAP system.
• Conduct user training, create training materials and standards.
