• • Lead new integrations from concept through implementation (supporting tasks aligned with the current product roadmap).
  • Develop technical documentation from scratch for new features and updates to existing ones.
  • Maintain and update current technical documentation for products and systems.
  • Support client systems in defining integration requirements for the product.
  • Build a knowledge base for the products events library (product event model) at both system and company levels.
  • Future support for the Sales Team in gathering external client requirements for product customization (the product is currently internal, with plans for a global launch).

Qualifications and experience needed:

• • Minimum of 3 years of experience on IT projects in a systems/business analyst role with a focus on backend development.
  • Proven experience in writing technical and project documentation, including BRD, SRS, API Specifications, and Admin Guides.
  • Experience formalizing functional requirements using techniques such as functional decomposition, use cases and scenarios, user stories, and state modeling.
  • Proficiency in UML notation for modeling functional requirements (behavioral diagrams: activity, sequence, state, use case; structural diagrams: component, deployment).
  • Strong understanding of and experience with data protocols, particularly REST over HTTP and SMPP.
  • Experience in managing the full requirements lifecycle: prioritization, agreement, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Systems thinking.
  • Client-oriented approach to supporting internal client systems.
