Ukraine (Київ) Supply Chain Hybrid Experienced Professionals

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:

The main purpose of Buyer role is responsibility for supply security and cost effectiveness of Row materials and Packaging categories in BU (Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia). By independently leading and executing end to end sourcing of locally managed categories as well as cooperating with Group Procurement Managers for Group managed categories. Ultimate responsible to deliver and improve service levels provided to internal customers, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure supply security and cost-effectiveness;
• Manage the supplier selection process and negotiations within relevant locally managed categories, and provide full support for centrally managed categories;
• Manage contract expirations and maintain contracts in SAP ARIBA (Contract Management System);
• Improve payment terms and stock levels at supplier premises;
• Evaluate suppliers, manage claims, and oversee corrective action plans;
• Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to implement procurement decisions and meet internal customer requests;
• Work collaboratively with the Central Procurement Group and global partners;
• Improve and develop supply strategies and Procure-to-Pay procedures;
• Lead and ensure cost-saving and innovation projects;
• Build price models, manage the annual budget, and perform price variance analysis;
• Act as the Procurement Ambassador in New Product Development meetings;
• Ensure the implementation of CSR and compliance strategy policies is followed.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• Higher University degree;
• 1+ years of professional experience as a buyer in multinational company (experience within procurement of Row materials and Packaging categories will be an advantage);
• Supply governance processes knowledge and project management experience;
• Knowledge of key characteristics of sourced categories (goods/services) in terms of technical requirements and commercial conditions;
• Stakeholder management experience;
• Intermediate level of English or higher (required for collaboration with colleagues from other countries);
• MS Office - advanced user, SAP experience - will be an advantage;
• Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced work environment, taking initiative and autonomy, demonstrating ability to learn quickly.
