• 2+ years of experience in Law;
• Masters degree in Law;
• Specialized training in IT law, including seminars and certifications in IT-business legal matters;
• Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage cross-sector collaborations effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with state bodies and local administrations to assess and address humanitarian needs, particularly with military bodies;
• Facilitate and manage the delivery of aid, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with legal procedures;
• Provide legal consultations on IT-business matters, including registration, taxation, accounting, and international payments;
• Advise on the acquisition of exclusive property rights for software and other intellectual property concerns;
• Handle corporate legal matters and offer general legal support.
