Ukraine We are looking for an exceptional candidate who truly understands customer needs and thrives on building strong, long-term relationships. Our ideal candidate combines outstanding organizational and analytical skills with the ability to stay on top of every stage of the project lifecycle. This role requires not only the ability to manage client relationships effectively but also a keen eye for improving and optimizing project delivery processes. What youll do in this role

• Maintain contact with a client after the initial sale
• Build and support strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Be responsive to the clients requests and needs.
• Collect project specifications and clarify the scope
• Participate in communication (between the developers and the client) during the production stage and manage expectations
• Evaluate projects with the client and maintain the relations
• Estimate project duration with the Team Lead
• Prepare contracts and invoices, while maintaining responsibility for the project assets, details, documentation, etc.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the companys solutions according to the customers needs and objectives

Were looking for

• Experience in B2B Sales or in Account Management field
• Experience of working with international companies in a service-oriented environment
• Good knowledge of the IT market and its tendencies
• Advanced computer user
• Well organized, proactive, and self-driven
• You are service-oriented and communicative!
• You are a fast learner
• You dont mind working in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment
• Good level of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)

How to knock our socks off

• Basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, CMSs like WordPress, etc.)
• Basic understanding of web design
• Experience in creating project specifications
