KEY RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a dynamic and customer focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Operator and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers by effectively responding to their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email or live chat, providing accurate and useful information
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately, following company policies and procedures.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues
- Use our customer service software systems to document and track customer interactions and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborating with relevant departments (Transport, Credit, Sales, Database) to resolve customer issues, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution
- Proactively identify and communicate trends and recurring issues to the Account Manager, contributing to the continuous improvement of the customer experience.
- Provide product information and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Logistics professional with proven experience in customer service
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, awareness of industry trends and new technologies to proactively improve customer service processes
- Knowledge of customer service software and tools such as SAP, EDI, Excel, Power BI, Outlook, Microsoft Teams
- Ability to conduct complex business negotiations, prove and defend a position when working with customers
- Ability to analyse data and produce reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to work in multi-task mode
