• Answering and redirection of incoming telephone calls
• Welcoming of visitors (including tea, coffee)
• Receiving, registering, distributing and sending business correspondence
• Receiving, storing and monitoring the condition of office supplies (including the kitchen).
• Booking and assistance in organizing business trips (tickets, hotels, taxi).
• General control over the work of cleaning company.
