Шукаємо талановитого та ініціативного Billing manager для приєднання до нашої команди і розвитку нашої компанії. Ця позиція надає можливість створювати процеси та взаємодію з іншими відділами, а також реалізовувати свої ідеї для побудови ефективної роботи. Що ми від тебе очікуємо:

• маєш щонайменше 1 рік досвіду в ІТ сфері;
• маєш досвід роботи з інструментами візуалізації даних (Tableau / Power BI);
• володієш SQL на початковому рівні;
• сильні аналітичні навички зі здатністю інтерпретувати дані та отримувати корисні висновки;
• здатність до самостійного розвязання проблем.

Буде перевагою, якщо ти:

• маєш досвід в e-commerce payments;
• вмієш працювати продуктивно та уважний до деталей;
• закінчуєш/закінчив курси data analyst.

Твоїми завданнями будуть:

• оновлення та налаштування процесів біллінгу відповідно до поточних бізнес-вимог;
• глибокий аналіз питань, які виникають в роботі біллінга та пошук шляхів їх вирішення;
• оптимізація конвертації успішних платежів: аналіз причин, реалізація мір для збільшення відсотка успішних транзакцій;
• ведення переписок з PSP для розвʼязування питаннь, які повʼязані з payments
• здійснювати моніторинг ключових метрик бізнесу, таких як Approval Rate, LTV/NetLTV, Revenue, ChB/Fraud Ratio;
• активна взаємодія з командами усередині компанії для оптимізації й автоматизації процесів у підримці білінгу.
