We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Delivery and PMO Coordinator to support our Delivery management and other stakeholders in coordinating the operational work of our established Delivery/PMO processes and the companys internal services. The ideal candidate will have experience working with delivery/project teams in the IT industry and be focused on processes coordination and PMO support.

You Have

  • Strong analytical skills (data collection, compilation, and analysis).
  • Being a team player with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve results and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated willingness to solve problems and tackle challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Be flexible to change and willing to adapt to client and team needs.
  • Strong will to self-development and growth.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Would be a plus

  • Familiarity with SCRUM and other SDLC methodologies.
  • Knowledge of PM tools (JIRA/Trello/ClickUp/Confluence).

You Are Going To

  • Constant work on the AltexSoft initiatives in terms of PMO and delivery operational tasks.
  • Support resourcing process by facilitating corresponding meetings and preparing necessary data for it. Involvement in internal services – Customer Interview Preparation, Client CV Preparation, Project Start process.
  • Assisting in managing calendars of Delivery Management.
  • Assisting in time reports closing at the end of the month.
  • Assisting in project-related recurrent activities (gathering reports, statistics) or on request.
  • Planning and scheduling activities of the financial planning process, as well as sending reminders to those responsible for different steps.
  • Scheduling meetings upon request.
  • Facilitating various management delivery meetings.
  • Running various business-related errands for Delivery Management, PMO.
