Job Description & Summary

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Law.

  • 5+ years of experience with in-house legal department /consulting firms.

  • Proven practical knowledge in contractual, commerce, employment law.

  • Experience with personal data protection regulation according to Ukrainian law and GDPR and other compliance topics (AML, anti-bribery etc.).

  • Experience in implementing corporate changes (including/excluding new shareholders, drafting MoM of general participants, drafting PoA etc.).

  • Knowledge of audit activity is a plus.

  • Excellent knowledge of English and Ukrainian.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to lead and deliver on multiple simultaneous projects.

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
