Middle Full-Stack Developer (Laravel/React)

As a Middle Full-Stack Developer at Awesomic, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the technical vision for our products.

You will work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to drive the development of innovative and high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. In this role, youll be involved in the entire product development lifecycle, including the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing features.

Within this role, you will:

• Design, code, test, debug, maintain, and document programs primarily in PHP and Javascript.

• Work in a continuous delivery environment, writing production-ready code that is deployed continuously.

• Advising on new technologies and methodologies.

• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.

• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.

• Involve in code review and tech decisions.

• Collaborate with design and user research teams to ensure that products are user-friendly and intuitive.

• Monitor and analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve existing products.

We’ll be glad to meet you if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering.

• Technical background with experience in software development, system architecture, and/or other technical domains.

• Experience with PHP/Laravel and JS/React.

• Pet projects.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical products.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced startup environment.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working in a start-up.

• Experience in ML or AI products.
