About the Project

We are looking for a creative and strategic Communications Manager to join our team. This role focuses on shaping our employer brand and creating impactful communications that resonate across diverse audiences.

Team size and structure up to 4 in Ukraine

Required skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Employer Branding, PR, SMM or Communications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to own tasks from start to finish.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to stay updated on trends.
  • Excellent written communication skills and experience creating diverse content formats.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, with the ability to integrate AI solutions into current tasks.
  • Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).

Scope of work:

  • Manage Internal Communication Channels Ensure consistent and effective messaging.
  • Support HR and Recruitment Create materials that enhance hiring efforts and foster team retention.
  • Strengthen Employer Branding Organize events and establish partnerships to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Lead the Ambassador Program Drive and manage the internal Ambassador Program for the global team.
  • Social Media Management Collaborate with our designer to create compelling, brand-aligned static and video content, and manage Instagram and Facebook accounts to boost engagement.
  • Drive PR Efforts in the Ukrainian Market Strengthen the companys visibility and reputation by building strong relationships with local media and ensuring impactful representation in the Ukrainian market.
