KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a part of our Recruitment & Employer Branding team, you will recruit talents for business divisions and different functions, targeting candidates whose skills, values, and potential correspond to LOréals requirements; ensure their integration and development within the company; develop LOréals attractiveness on the external market.
  • Attract, identify and head-hunt the best talents in accordance with LOréals values and requirments, to make sure our business continues to run smoothly
  • Cooperate with hiring managers in selection processes participating in the definition of requirements and drafting of profiles in different areas of business (e.g. sales, marketing, digital, logistics, controlling, business analytics etc.)
  • Implement and use various sourcing solutions, with a preference for digital and direct sourcing
  • Screen CVs and recognize the candidates that have the most potential of becoming our future colleagues
  • Conduct qualitative interviews to assess candidates competencies and professional aspirations
  • Develop a high-quality candidate experience: monitoring target candidates, informing candidates regularly of progress
  • Complete and constantly monitor recruitment reports and KPIs and make suggestions for improvements
  • Keep up with trends on various topics linked to recruitment & competitors activities
  • Participate in implementation of LOréals employer brand (EVP) by representing the company at events and conducting special projects linked to recruitment

YOUR BACKGROUND
Were looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and responsible person to join our team! Our ideal candidate:
  • Preferably has a Bachelors or a Masters Degree in HR or Management
  • Must-have to have 3 or more years of relevant work experience in recruitment function
  • Excellent organizational skills with avid attention to detail and follow through
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and ability to present ideas, proactive and solution-oriented attitude
  • Proven ability and agility in dealing with multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • A true team player with strong collaboration skills and ability to build win-win business relationships and partnerships
  • Expert in using different job portals, LinkedIn search, etc.
  • Shows proficiency in use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, has experience working with special Applications tracking system (Avature will be a plus)
  • Has Upper-Intermediate level of English
