Project description

Luxoft Marketing team is searching for a Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting corporate marketing team in operational tasks and project management.
Joining our team will give you an excellent career opportunity in a Global IT Company and provide you with marketing expertise in IT field.

Responsibilities

Manage calendar for the team assist with organizing meetings, setting up calls with multiple attendees

Assist in Marketing Operations

Create presentations for marketing projects and meetings

Facilitate communications with internal and external stakeholders

Take marketing meeting notes, distributing notes and action items to attendees

Assist content lead with content tasks coordination and communicate with the creative team in Jira

Gather information for reporting and track status of current tasks and projects

Skills

Must have

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple people/tasks simultaneously

Autonomous and highly motivated

Knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook, Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence

Nice to have

Excellent communication skills and flexibility

Team-worker and multi-tasker

Ability to manage and track a significant number of tasks and projects at one time
