  • Degree in Finance, IT or Business Engineering
  • 3+ years in IT project management and passionate about this field
  • Knowledge in the field of software development
  • Excellent language skills in English and Ukrainian
  • Charismatic and optimistic in day-to-day work as well as patient, confident and determined

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pilot and implement IT projects end to end
  • Planning and coordinating the work of implementation teams (analysts, designers, developers, tech. team leaders), motivating team members
  • Managing the project scope, schedule and budget
  • Identification and management of project risks
  • Generating and implementing continuous improvement ideas
  • Work in close collaboration with the Client project manager and his teams
  • Conducting presentations for clients project stakeholders
