We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with C# Software Development skills to work in our Kyiv office and join a SCRUM team with the mission to develop the next generation of the ERP system and 3D CAD software. You will ease the daily work of dental technicians and dentists helping them in providing better patients treatments. The new product will serve millions of users within the Labs and Clinics all over the World.

You will join a highly skilled and motivated team. We have utilized a range of technologies including Visual Studio, C#, ASP .NET Core, git, etc.

Your responsibilities as a Developer:

• Design web and desktop services, backend algorithms, and implement workflows for dentistry.

• Ensure high code quality. E.g. through reviews, refactoring, processes, code metrics, etc.

• Ensure high maintainability of the code. E.g. through designing and implementing automatic tests.

• Cooperate with developers on other teams and projects.

• Take part in developing the client server architecture for the coolest Dental Lab applications.

Your responsibilities as a Team Lead:

• Lead and manage a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to facilitate their professional growth and development.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations to assess team members progress and address any concerns or challenges.

• Conduct interviews and on-board the right people for the team.

• Look for ways to optimize team performance, productivity, and efficiency.

• Resolve conflicts and escalate issues as necessary to ensure the successful completion of project deliverables.

• Learn the modern methodologies of management and take care of self-development.

Your profile:

The successful candidate demonstrates most of the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a software developer with C#/.Net

• 2+ years of experience as a people manager

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or similar field

• Solid experience with design patterns and OOP principles

• Understanding of microservices and client-server architecture

• You work with strong commitment and take ownership of your work and the team

• Mind a balance between people and the organization

• Skills of the mediation and conflicts resolution

• Confident in English

Would be a plus:

• Knowledge of Azure and web infrastructure
  
• Knowledge of Delphi
  
• Knowledge of WPF
  
• Agile practices, including test-driven development, continuous integration and Scrum.
