- Our company is expanding its activities and opening a new direction — Innovation Solution. The main goal of this direction is to create ready-made products for business together with our partners. We specialize in such areas as artificial intelligence (AI), metaworld (Metaverse), virtual reality (VR), as well as training and simulation (Training&Simulation).

- First Phase (3 months):
- Task: Filling the sales funnel through personal contacts and subordinate SDRs.
- Goal: Achieving 8 SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).
- Task: Sales execution.
- Goal: Signing contract(s) with a budget at least 10 times greater than the candidate’s salary over 6 months.
Second Phase (+3 months):
- Prior experience in a similar role (BDM, Sales Manager) in a solution-based IT service company or system integrator;
- Proven experience in B2B sales (at least 3 year), with a strong track record of engaging C-level executives in technology-driven industries;
- Ability to travel and attend international events (will be a plus);
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing). Ukrainian or Russian are helpful.
- Active participation in shaping our service and solutions offering;
- Manage the full sales cycle from finding new customers to closing deals;
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
- Work with the corporate CRM system to develop and maintain prospects;
- Analyze potential clients’ needs and identify their pain points to tailor the company’s solutions and presentations at introductory pitches or discovery calls;
- Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure contracts are favorable and align with the company’s objectives;
- Regularly report on sales activities, wins, losses, and feedback to senior management to inform business decisions.
- We offer a flexible work schedule coordinated with your manager, with standard business hours from 11:00 to 16:00 when everyone is available.
- Remote work is an option, allowing you to work from anywhere in Ukraine or the world.
- Relocation (permanent residence and job permission) to Cyprus (EU) after the successful pass of the test period is possible.
- Insurance (in case of work in the Cyprus office)
- You’ll receive 18 days of vacation and 5 personal days off.
