You are:

  • Masters degree in Communication, International Relations, Business Administration or equivalent;

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in a multinational company.

  • Successful experience in managing short & long term projects in terms of coordination/administration/management skills.

  • Experience in handling several projects in parallel.

  • Ability to work within tight deadlines.

  • Proven experience in digital tools.

  • Ability to work autonomously, make things happen, take ownership and initiative.

  • English (advanced written and verbal)

With you we will:

  • Partner with relevant training program owners to identify the key success factors for the rollout of their learning portfolio based on the selected delivery channels.

  • Coordinate the organization of the logistics and of the technologies needed for the delivery of the local learning portfolio.

  • Ensure the learning materials are available and distributed before, during and after the intervention.

  • Coordinate the organization of the different learning sessions, providing support and administrative services to Trainers, SMEs, and external contributors.

  • Provide administrative support to the participants including but not limited to course information, site creation guidance, and logistics.

  • Manage and instruct finance team to ensure successful completion of the end to end process per course: (Budget, invoicing...), provide timeous information to ensure on time payment and budget tracking.

  • Establish, implement, and manage training schedules and calendars for all Rive Reine training, immersion, inspiration and alumni sessions.;
