This platform is on a mission to revolutionize the way fleet businesses receive services from service providers. It strives to automate every aspect of vehicle maintenance, and bring transformative change to an industry ready for disruption. What project we have for you We are seeking a Software Architect who is well versed in using React Native to build performant mobile apps for both the iOS and Android platforms. You would be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as collaborating with other members of the development, QA, design, and product teams. What you will do

• Collaborate with the development, QA, design, and product teams to gather requirements and contribute to technical discussions.
• Develop and maintain frontend solutions using React Native, Redux, Redux Toolkit, GraphQL, and Apollo Client.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards. This includes writing comprehensive unit tests alongside application code.
• Assist in testing and debugging to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of the software.
• Contribute to the integration of frontend and backend systems, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow.
• Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback, enhancing code quality.
• Work closely with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues.
• Support the team in tasks such as deployment and performance optimization.

What you need for this

• Minimum of 8 years in frontend development with at least 3 years in an Architect or Technical Lead role.
• Strong understanding of mobile application principles and technologies.
• Extensive experience in software development and coding in React Native, React, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Redux, Redux Toolkit, GraphQL, and Apollo Client.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Exceptional analytical skills for effective decision-making in complex scenarios.

Optional:

• Familiarity with automated testing suites like Jest and the React Native Testing Library.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.

General:

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Good command of English (B2+/C1).

The position requires cooperation with engineers from Pacific Time Zone – standups may take place at 7-8 pm and consider work hours shift until 9 pm UA time.
