Tallium is looking for an experienced Business Development Representative - a driven specialist who will strengthen our team and work with potential customers and Talliums partners. We expect client interaction involvement, building reliable, long-lasting relationships, and establishing full-cycle communication.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Flawless spoken and written English is a must;
  • Previous commercial experience in software / IT company;
  • Good knowledge of B2B sales / Lead Gen principles, methods, practices, techniques and tools;
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, excellent listening skills;
  • Strong problem-identification and resolution skills;
  • Self-motivated, with a high level of integrity and work ethic;
  • College degree or an acceptable combination of education and experience;
  • Good knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices and techniques

    It will be a plus:
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages will be a plus (French, German, Spanish, Italian etc.);
  • Successful background in client or partner-management processes;
  • Efficient working experience with large enterprises;
  • Native English speaking.

    Responsibilities:

  • Work with potential customers and partners,
  • Setting up and maintaining a full cycle of work with clients (starting from the search, lead generation, kickoff and closing meeting, sale activities, etc.),
  • Work with the Mid / Large segment of the market, including large service and fintech companies,
  • Interaction with the internal team - CBDO, Head of Sales, Data Researcher, CEO, PMO, HR BP, and Recruiters.
