Location: Ukraine Department: Marketing Details: We are hiring a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager, who can drive strategic marketing initiatives and foster strong partnerships. Requirements
  • Higher education (marketing, economics)
  • English at a level not lower than average (reporting and negotiations with manufacturers)
  • Work experience in marketing from 3 years in the position of brand manager, marketing manager, marketing coordinator, marketing department specialist (FMCG, Consumer Electronics)
Competencies:
  • Orientation to the result,
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines,
  • The skill of collecting and analyzing information
Personal qualities:
  • Initiative, Sociability, Optimism, Stress resistance, Ambition, Responsibility
Functions
  • Work with authorized partners
  • Monitoring of current promos from partners and monitoring of competitors activity
  • Quarterly marketing planning and implementation of the promo plan together with partners
  • Preparation and participation in regular meetings with partners on a quarterly basis
  • Work in the financial accounting system
  • Working with partners media plans to improve performance indicators
  • Writing off products under activity
  • Organization of production and payment of printed materials, control of timely delivery to partner stores
  • Cooperation with the accounting department regarding the documentary closing of the quarter
  • Preparation of reports for the vendor (quarterly, upon request)
