Position Summary Role and Responsibilities SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS UKRAINE is opening the vacancy of Parts Outbound Specialist in Kyiv. What we need for this role To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
  • spoken business English & fluent Ukrainian is a must
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Sound proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field
  • Excellent presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Main Role Responsibilities:
  • Support all service parts sales operation from SVC WH to Service centres
  • Support and control service centres for parts normal ordering process
  • Control parts export process from SVC WH, coordinate operation of brokers, customs, forwarders
  • Manage Service Centres operation withing credit limits, control on-time payments and release orders release sales orders by exceptional rules
  • Outbound forwarders managing (in-time delivery; order non-regular shipment; inform service centers about delivery time; parts arrival data system upload and reporting)
  • Manage main parts KPI and regular reporting

  • The ability to stop, review, measure and document challenges/opportunities and bring them to the attention of the relevant stakeholders for support and resolution

  • The ability to put the customer and their experience/journey first
