Junior Test Automation Engineer

Full-timeRemote allowed We are looking for a dedicated and communicative Junior Test Automation Engineer for a Client that provides web applications for their customers to R&D. Their team develops online and on-premises solutions for data management on materials and testing for industry customers. Responsibilities: Execute test cases under varying circumstances for multiple software products, e.g. manual, explorative, and automated tests Work on documentation and evaluation of test results Detect, log, and report software bugs Track defects and provide support to troubleshoot errors Review test procedures and develop test scripts Partner with Developers and Product Owners to specify approaches and suggest improvements Prepare smart user documentation for review by Product Owner Requirements: A minimum of 1-2 years of AQA testing experience Very good knowledge of Java programming Experience in Agile frameworks and regression testing (desired) Practical experience in Git, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines Be highly analytical and attentive Be team-oriented, structured, and independent A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Good knowledge of spoken and written English English level - Upper-Intermediate or higher We offer: Remote-first work model with flexible working hours (we provide all equipment) Comfortable and fully equipped offices in Lviv and Rzeszów Competitive compensation with regular performance reviews 18 paid vacation days per year + all state holidays 12 days of paid sick leave per year without a medical certificate + extra paid leave for blood donation Medical insurance with an affordable family coverage option Mental health program which includes free and confidential consultations with a psychologist English and German language courses Corporate subscription to learning platforms, regular meetups and webinars Friendly team that values accountability, innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction Inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and treated equally.
