We are the most high-loaded company in the country and amongst top partners of Facebook, Google, Snapchat, and Apple in the CEE region. Our mission is to transform Ukraine from an outsourcing country into a product state by building the largest product portfolio. Right now, were looking for an experienced Senior SMM Manager for one of the Genesis startups Interrio (interior design powered by AI) to establish and scale our social media presence from the ground up. About you:
  • 3+ years of experience in SMM, with solid expertise in Social Media tools, trends and strategies;
  • A proven track record of lead generation with multiple Social Media channels (advertising and/or organic);
  • English proficiency B2+ is a MUST. It will be necessary to handle both content creation and for community upkeep with Tier-1 native audiences;
  • Hands-on in conversion tracking and optimization for Social channels;
Will be a plus:
  • Experience in 2+ startups with flexible channel prioritization and limited budgets;
  • Background in promoting subscription-based apps or services to Tier-1 audience;
  • Experience in managing and engaging Tier-1 audiences, including community building and working with influencers;
  • Leadership experience, mentoring junior team members;
What you will do:
  • Build the products SMM presence from scratch, test audiences and channels for leads, and scale traffic sources with best performance;
  • Experiment with both paid and organic marketing strategies across platforms, including (but not limited to):
    • FB/Insta
    • TT
    • Reddit
    • Pinterest
    • (Potentially) X (Twitter)
    • (Potentially) Discord
  • Conduct competitive analysis for insights into best ads practices;
  • Collaborate with creative designers for visual creatives, and with developers for product or landing page adjustments;
  • Scale successful SM channels and run regular A/B testing on audiences and creatives. Build a team to further support strong scaling;
  • Maintain an adequate level of engagement with Social Media communities;
  • Translate users feedback from the Community to product developers and manage users expectations;
