What you should have:

• Over 5 years of experience in project management, demonstrating successful project implementation in the technology sector;

• Basic knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience in comprehensive software delivery;

• Upper-Intermediate level of English and above;

• Risk management and long-term planning skills;

• High level of communication and organizational skills;

• Ability to prioritize in a multitasking environment;

• High level of analytical thinking and decision-making skills under conditions of limited information.

What to do:

• Ensure the implementation of projects from start to finish, including the stages of planning, development, validation, and deployment;

• Track project progress, analyze task execution efficiency, and make adjustments as needed;

• Coordinate and ensure the effectiveness of the project management team;

• Ensure effective communication levels with clients, internal stakeholders, and company partners;

• Select team members, provide mentoring, and develop their skills and competencies;

• Implement new systems to ensure operational activities;

• Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures;

• Analyze report data and make timely decisions.
