Sourcer/Recruiter (Remote, contract, part-time )

OUR HIRING PROCESS:

• We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. INFUSE is looking for a Sourcer/Recruiter to join our team. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sourcer/Recruiter to join our awesome team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in the field of recruitment while contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Review resumes, and assess candidates qualifications and fit for open positions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and guidance as needed.
• Update and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Passion for learning and a desire to build a career in recruitment.
• Excellent English speaking/writing skills (Knowledge of Russian would be a plus)
