Salesforce developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer/Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Salesforce instance, customizing and developing solutions to support business processes, and ensuring smooth integration with other systems. You should have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, as well as experience with both declarative and programmatic customization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements
• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing effective solutions and enhancements to meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including technical specifications, data flow diagrams, and data mappings
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables through comprehensive testing and validation
• Provide technical support for production systems and applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware
• Maintain user roles, profiles, security settings, and access levels
• Perform data migrations and data quality assessments
• Manage Salesforce releases and patches
• Train end-users on new features and functionality

• Certified Salesforce Developer and Administrator with at least 2 years of experience
• Experience in configuring objects, fields, workflows and automation processes in Salesforce
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2 level
• Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization best practices
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning platform
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
